You are meant to create EPIC events.
And you don’t have to do it alone.
Being a leader can be lonely.
But it doesn’t have to be.
You are already doing the thing - but you don’t have to do it alone.
You are a community builder, retreat leader, and a facilitator of transformation for others…
But who transforms you?
Where do you get lifted up and supported?
Encouraged and inspired?
As a transformational leader and facilitator, I am the one who helps to curate and create powerful and nourishing communities for others, but as the leader of that group, I have always felt on the outside.
It’s strange, I know, but when you are the leader of the group, you are not a part of it in the way that those you are leading are. They are building deep and meaningful connections with others with your guidance and mentorship, but that means those relationships are happening within the members of the group and you are on the outside making the magic happens.
I am on a mission to help craft and deliver not just transactional presentations but create transformational experiences and help others do the same.
I’m Marli. I’m an inspirational speaker and coach for transformational leaders. I’m also known for being STOKED (seriously). I LOVE the excitement of lighting up the inspiration in others, that I even created a product around it!
But even as the Ambassador of Being Stoked, I don’t always feel stoked, especially about all of the details of running a business. Let’s get real: sometimes this shit is HARD! Charting a new, uncertain path for yourself, putting yourself out there time and time again, not knowing how it’s going to play out....when it feels like EVERYTHING is at stake. This is BIG stuff.
And my own big, big vision made me take a big leap, leaving a town I thought I was going to live in for the rest of my life to be around inspiring people in an entrepreneurial city and live my dream.
But what I didn’t expect was how my impulse to load up on information and answers would actually sabotage me and slow me down.
Can you relate?
I bought all the programs, online courses, and coaching groups with out-of-this-world promises wanting someone to tell me what to do. It only made me feel more confused, panicked, and out of my element.
Then one day I said, “enough!” I was done grasping at straws trying to find something outside of myself to give me the answer, the quick fix, someone else’s “how,” while I stayed frozen in worry and inaction.
I decided to step into what felt good and what worked. And what worked wasn’t more information, it was more integration and application of the information I already had.
Plus, most importantly, having a coach who gets me and a community of people who really see me, who really support me and have my back in those moments of doubt and fear, no matter what.
Just imagine… Right before you give a talk, or you’re about to launch something, support that you can actually rely on. What if you had access to pep talk right when you need it.
Because you are always holding space for other people, but…
